Earthquake Report – December 28, 2005 – Southeast of Hajiabad, Hormozghan<\/strong><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

At 1:23 (local time) an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale occurred 26 south east of Hajiabad in Hormozghan province (Figure 1). This seismic event has been recorded at 12 broad band seismic stations of the Iranian National Broad-Band Seismic Network (INSN) at IIEES (Figure 2). The wave forms of this earthquake may be seen in the IIEES website. According to the recorded seismograms, this event is located at 28.12 \u02daN and 56.07 \u02daE.<\/p>\n
