{"id":221,"date":"2010-09-26T12:00:11","date_gmt":"2010-09-26T12:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.iiees.ac.ir\/en\/?p=221"},"modified":"2019-05-16T12:18:55","modified_gmt":"2019-05-16T12:18:55","slug":"board-of-trustees-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/old.iiees.ac.ir\/en\/board-of-trustees-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Boards and Councils"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"tabcontainer   top_tab  \">\n\n<section class=\"av_tab_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" >    <div aria-controls=\"tab-id-1\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id=\"#tab-id-1\" class=\"tab active_tab\"  itemprop=\"headline\" >Board of Trustees<\/div>\n    <div id=\"tab-id-1-container\" class=\"tab_content active_tab_content\" aria-hidden=\"false\">\n        <div class=\"tab_inner_content invers-color\"  itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>The board of trustees consists of 11 members and is headed by the Minister of Science, Research and Technology who directs the following main tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approving the institute administrative organization based on relevant rules and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation and approval of the IIEES budget proposed by the president;<\/li>\n<li>Approving the institute annual accounts and balance sheet;<\/li>\n<li>Attempt to receive non-governmental support including financial, constructional and equipment considering relevant rules and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Assessing pension for research, teaching, translation and compilation with regard to relevant rules and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation and approval of practical policies, goals and the institute\u2019s activities by the board members and presenting them to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the institute annual report presented by the president.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"av_tab_section\"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" >    <div aria-controls=\"tab-id-2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"0\" data-fake-id=\"#tab-id-2\" class=\"tab \"  itemprop=\"headline\" >IIEES Council<\/div>\n    <div id=\"tab-id-2-container\" class=\"tab_content \" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n        <div class=\"tab_inner_content invers-color\"  itemprop=\"text\" >\n<p>IIEES Council was established with the aim of policymaking, planning and approval of the plans in line with the goals of the approved policies of the board of trustees.
